Share what you were quoted or paid for Tesla insurance or a home install. You do not need to enter any personal details. FormSubmit, the service that delivers the form, receives your IP address to send it; we never publish it.

There are no fields for name, email or phone. Submissions are reviewed before anything is published, and unverified values are never shown as high confidence. Please do not include policy numbers, VINs, addresses or names, including in the notes.
